What you receive
The patterns in the pack you buy, as print-ready PDF files — or, with the Studio Club, access to the full library of crochet and quilt patterns across amigurumi, wearables, home, botanicals, seasonal and quilting. Each pattern is written row by row with photos and stitch counts. New designs are added throughout the month and appear in your account automatically while your Studio Club membership is active.
No physical goods are sold or shipped. We do not send USBs, printed booklets, kits, or any physical item. Nothing arrives by post.
When you receive it
Immediately. As soon as your payment is authorised, your patterns are made available — there is no approval step, no queue, and no drip-feed. A confirmation email with your receipt and your download links is sent to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
How you receive it
As print-ready PDF files. After payment you can download your patterns straight away from the confirmation page and from the email we send you. Each pattern is a standard PDF laid out for US Letter and A4 — open it on any device, and print it at home or at a copy shop. If you join the Studio Club, you download any pattern in the library the same way, as often as you like while your membership is active. No special software or account with a third party is required.
If you do not get access
Check your spam or promotions folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it still has not arrived, or if you cannot sign in, email support@stitchbound.pro from the address you used at checkout, or call +1 (928) 612-2752 during business hours. We will restore access the same working day wherever possible.
If a fault on our side genuinely prevented you from accessing what you paid for and we cannot put it right, we refund the affected period. See our Refund Policy.
Patterns you download are yours
Once you have downloaded a pattern it is yours. We do not expire, lock, or remotely disable files you have saved, and cancelling the Studio Club does not remove them. What ends at cancellation is access to the library and to patterns you had not yet downloaded. Patterns in a one-time pack are yours to keep permanently regardless of any membership. Use of your files remains subject to the licence in our Terms of Service.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. Because delivery is digital, the library is available in any country with an internet connection, at no extra cost and with no delivery delay. Prices are charged in US dollars; if your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own conversion fee, which is outside our control.
